- You can reschedule or modify your booking anytime before the 24-hour window.
- Modifications are subject to salon availability.
- Changes made within 24 hours may require contacting the salon directly.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply depending on timing and salon terms.
